This policy explains what personal information Ajam Dental Clinic receives when you visit this website or contact us, why we use it and how we protect it. This website has no contact form and uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

What data we receive
- Messages you send us: when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your name, your phone number or email address and what you choose to tell us, which may include information about your health.
- Technical server logs: like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the website secure and working.
- Cookies: we do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Only a technically necessary cookie may be set to remember the language you selected on the website.
Why we use your data
We use the information you send us only to answer your enquiries, organise your appointments and provide the dental care you ask for. We do not use it for advertising and we do not create marketing profiles.
Applicable law
We handle personal data in line with Lebanese law, in particular Law No. 81 of 10 October 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data.
Medical confidentiality
Information about your health is covered by medical confidentiality. Only the dentists and the people directly involved in your care at the clinic have access to it, and it is not shared outside the clinic without your consent, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep your data
We keep messages and contact details only as long as needed to answer you and follow up your care. Information that forms part of your dental record is kept for as long as required for your treatment and by the applicable rules. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.
Sharing with others
- No selling: we never sell or rent your personal data.
- WhatsApp: messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp and its parent company Meta under their own privacy policy.
- Google Maps: the map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may process data under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting: our hosting provider processes technical data only to run the website.
Your rights
You can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate, or to have it deleted when we no longer need to keep it.
